Mr. Middlebrooks graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, with a major in Nuclear Medicine. He then attended Baptist Health College School of Nuclear Medicine and graduated with honors. He is board certified in Nuclear Medicine, Computed Tomography and Radiation Safety. After graduating college Mr. Middlebrooks worked in Nuclear Medicine and PET and became an Imaging Quality Assurance Officer in 2015. In 2016 establish the first Imaging Radiation Safety Committee at CARTI Cancer Center in Little Rock, AR. In 2017 Mr. Middlebrooks was elected to the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) Board of Directors in Physics, Instrumentation and Data Sciences Council, PET Center of Excellence Council, Academic Council and is a member of the Radiopharmaceutical Council.
In 2019 he started his own physics consulting firm testing a wide variety of radiology equipment including X-ray, Dental, Fluoroscopic, CT and Nuclear Medicine. He attended Management and Strategy Institute MSI and obtained his Six Sigma Lean Blackbelt in Healthcare (LBBH) and completed his Master's Degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Nanoparticle Physics from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2022. In 2020 Mr. Middlebrooks published his first article in the Journal of Nuclear Medicine Technology (JNMT) and recently chaptered a book for the European Association of Nuclear Medicine.
